parallels with terror outbreak before Russian revolution?
Tell me that history does not repeat. At the end of the XIX century, at the heights of liberalism and open borders, tiny cells wanted to change the world order and adhered to terrorist tactics. Eventually they won, changing the world order--totalitarian states, after two world wars, closed borders, no free trade etc. I think it worth to look more closely on their ideology and committment, what they wanted and how did they succeed, in order to prevent that from happening again.
